1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if you experience issues accessing or using your digital product, please contact us at paservices0021@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you to resolve the problem.


2. Subscription Services

For subscriptions (if applicable):

  • No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
    Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Service-Based Refunds (If Applicable)

For custom services such as design, development, consultation, or digital marketing:

Refund eligibility may apply under the following conditions:

  • Work has not yet begun on your project.
  • You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once work has started, refunds are issued only at our discretion, based on the amount of work already completed.


4. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges

We will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
